The ACPBA would like to pass on our sincere condolences to the friends and family of Sue Ellen Cummings. Sue passed away January 22, 2018 and was an important contributor to the piping and drumming community in Atlantic Canada as a member of the Stellarton Balmoral Pipe Band, Clan Thompson Pipe Band and Halifax Police Pipes and Drums for many years. She participated in many competitions over the years, including the World Pipe Band Championship in 1989. She was also a teacher to many drumming students in Pictou County and was a participant in both the Nova Scotia and Virginia Tattoos. Our thoughts are with Sue's friends and family at this time.
